We Move At the Speed of Generosity
We teach and practice the Biblical principle of tithing. Tithe means a tenth, and when we tithe we are giving 10% of our income to God. Our giving is an act of obedience and while 10% may be a good place to start our obedience to God may bring us to give more because we are called to be generous people. Our desire is for each person to act obediently in their finances and to hear from the Lord as to where this act of obedience lies.
Once you are faithfully tithing, we then encourage you to consider giving beyond this in the form of an offering. Each year in January we set specific goals for outreach and missions work so that more people can be reached with the Gospel. Kingdom Builders are people who give sacrificially, above and beyond their tithe, to help expand the Kingdom of God. And it is through our Kingdom Builders initiatives that we provide giving as well as serving opportunities for people in our church who desire to participate in God's Kingdom here on earth.
For assistance in setting up your online giving in our app, utilize the following directives:
1. Download the Church Center App from the App Store or from Google Play, allow the app to use your location, and select Journey Church Minot.
After that, just follow the instructions to create your profile.
*Note: your profile may already have some of your information if you have been plugged into Planning Center in the past for kid's check-ins, or serving.
